Quotes are prepared based on the information provided at the time of request and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to scope, guest count, date, or location may adjust pricing.
Bookings & Deposits
Event dates are reserved once a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Vending programs begin after a site evaluation and executed service agreement.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are defined in your individual service agreement. We work with clients in good faith when circumstances change and will always communicate options clearly.
Service Standards
We commit to the response times, restocking schedules, and coordination deliverables described in your agreement. If we fall short, we correct it promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services contracted. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party vendors, venues, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
